Refund and Returns Policy
If you have second thoughts, (or would like a different size)
We are happy to either exchange, or return your money, providing the following criteria are met:
Please return the goods to us within 14 days of purchase.
Any product must be returned unused and unworn in the original packaging.
Products must be in a new and saleable condition.
If original packaging has been damaged or is missing then we may apply a 25% surcharge.
Please note that refunds for goods paid for through Tabby will incur refund charges reflecting the Tabby commission, this can amount to approx. 7% of the purchase price.
Unfortunately we can’t accept returns on any nutritional products.
If the product is faulty, damaged or if we have given you the wrong product
Oops something went wrong, totally our responsibility and we will apologize, replace, exchange, or refund and organize the shipping.

For Bike or Bike box rental
We understand that plans can change, however there are days especially around events where we are fully booked and have people on a waiting list, so please understand our cancellation policy. If you cancel 15 days or more before your bike rental you will get a 90% refund. If you cancel within 14 to 7 days before your rental we will refund you 50% of the rental fee. If you cancel within 7 days or less before your rental you will not receive a refund.
